DR. NWOKOTUBO ALEX EJIKE, is a professionally qualified and registered Quantity Surveyor with B,Tech Degree (QS) from RSUST Port Harcourt. He is an active Associate of Nigerian Institute of Quantiy Surveyors (ANIQS) and a Registered Member of Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). His vast experience in the construction industry (Building/Civil) spanning nearly two decades has seen him occupying top management positions in leading names in the industry such as LSDPC Lagos, Bimkol Nigeria Ltd, and A Micheletti Ltd both Port Harcourt based. He is a team player who has been involved in several major projects nationwide. He is the Managing Director of LEXCEL NIGERIA LIMITED. Mr. Nwkotubo is an executive board member of LEXCEL NIGERIA LIMITED, which came into formal recognition more than two decades ago.

MANUEL CHADWICK Jnr. A graduate from the University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He is a well-trained Quantity Surveyor. Having worked with DIFFRI Edo State and the Western Geophysical in this capacity, he has thus garnered several years of unparallel experience relevant to the Civil Engineering and Construction industry.
He sits on the Board of LEXCEL NIGERIA LIMITED as Director of Projects 2. He is married.
